Canary Island Palm

The Canary Island Palm ıs incredibly simple to recognize because it has a quite unique look. An enormous canopy of leaves grows up on the head on the tree. The trunk of the tree is extremely large, instead slender and caterpillar-like. A diamond-shaped design is very notable on the trunk. Occasionally, aerial roots also grow on the trunk, but they are not far from the soil. Most of the Canary Island Date Palms also develop as high as sixty feet.

The only real problem with the tree is the fact that it grows up extremely slow. Thus, for those who have grown one in the back garden, never anticipate instant results.
