Dypsis lanceolata (Ivovowo) is a tropical flowering plant from Comoros, just north of Madagascar. It occurs in rainforest as elevation of 1000 meters. Unique characteristics are multiple colorful ringed trunks and dark glossy green leaves. It can reach ultimately a height of 20 feet.
This palm is vulnerable in the wild, but extremely popular with palm collectors.its beauty and size is perfect for any landscape.
